The Protech™ Jacket is made of High-Quality and Safety GradeTaffeta Silver Back Lining (SBL), which is widely recognized as the most protective fabric in the absence of medical-grade certified protective suits. Taffeta is water repellant and it serves as an excellent barrier against droplets and foreign particles.

1. How long does shipping take?
3-5 days for Luzon - Metro Manila,5-7 days for Luzon - Provincial and Visayas, and 7-9 days for Mindanao.
2. Are returns / exchanges accepted?
As we are very careful with ensuring cleanliness and hygiene especially during these difficult times, we will not be accepting returns/exchanges unless the product is defective OR we have delivered the incorrect size/color.

3. I didn't receive my order. How do I go about this?
If you have not received your order within 14 working days, you must inform us in order to receive a refund or a replacement item. We are not responsible for items that are stated “delivered” by tracked courier services. In this case, you must contact the courier company with your tracking number.
